This website is owned and operated by Kauai Patches (c/o Astrid Drolson, PO Box 405, Kilauea, HI 96754, USA).
We sell embroidered patches, stickers, and related goods and services.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not store your full credit card or banking details on our servers.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods shown at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
As a small, single-person business, we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on workload and availability.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and postal service. Estimated delivery times are:

Tracking:
- Smaller orders (for example, a single patch or low-value order) are shipped in envelopes without tracking.
- Larger or higher-value orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
We are not responsible for postal delays, customs clearance times, or other factors beyond our control.

Shirts and other apparel are produced and shipped by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service.
Production and shipping times for these items may differ from our in-house products.
By purchasing shirts or apparel, you also agree to Printify’s fulfillment, shipping, and return policies.
Any issues relating to sizing, production defects, or delivery of apparel items will be handled according to Printify’s terms and may require coordination with their support.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Sale items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are received and inspected.

All content on this site (including designs, logos, text, and images) is the property of Kauai Patches unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
