Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable software products
- Sale or discounted items
Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted in these situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will also confirm whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing delays are possible.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us here
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund directly to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item of high value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
